Hi, I’m Jenni,

A Senior UX Designer and Service Designer with over 18 years of experience in the digital space. I’m passionate about creating innovative, user-centered designs that are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and, most importantly, accessible to all users.

At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to problem-solving. I thrive on understanding user needs, leveraging best-practice UI patterns, and balancing functionality with elegant design.

I’m also well-versed in the Australian Government Digital Service Standards, ensuring that my work aligns with best practices for government services and meets the highest standards of accessibility and usability. Accessible design is something I’m passionate about, as I believe everyone should have an equal opportunity to engage with digital experiences.
